I’ve been using My Fitness Pal app recently, with great results. Keeping track every day with the foods I consume is never easy for me. In the end an excess of food is consumed, which means more calories, increase in weight, etc. Then you can’t achieve the fitness, overall wellness, and body you are trying to get.

I noticed some days with  potassium -deficiency -consumption. So the task was to get information about foods containing higher amounts of it. Here they are.
